Púca is a Dublin-based CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) company established in 2000. Our messaging gateway and user-friendly consoles are trusted by the most exacting enterprise customers who value our professional and transparent approach.
Púca is operated by an experienced team with Eileen Carroll as MD, Brian Moroney as CFO, Richard Cody as Head of DevOps and Philip Brady as VP of Growth.

Púca was founded by Eamon Hession (Web Factory, PaddyNet, Prommt) and was one of Europe’s very first mobile marketing and messaging gateway providers.
Eileen joined in late 2001 to help develop the sales operation and took over the reins as MD in 2019.
The focus was originally on brands and consumer marketing campaigns but Púca soon expanded to meet increasing demand for 2-way business messaging and apps.
Impower™ is the latest iteration of our SMS messaging platform. We built Impower specifically to cater for contact centre teams where security, ease of use, rapid onboarding and open APIs are essential for success.
Our appWorks team is led by Javier Rodriguez and builds on Púca’s 10+ years experience in native app development. A particular focus of appWorks is customer self-service and payment apps for the energy, telco and waste and recycling sectors.

These little guys have been part of our company’s identity since we started. The Púca (Pooka) is a mythical shapeshifter that appears in different guises in many old Irish folk legends. Ours are the friendly kind. We like to think of them as Irish Yuru-Chara.
