We are pleased to announce the latest improvements to Púca’s Impower Messaging platform for Q2.

In-line Replies

You can now reply in-line to a message in either the sent or received screen. All users have to do is click on the three dots beside any Sent or Received Messages and select ‘Reply’. This will then bring you to the Compose a Message page with the mobile number already pre-populated.

 

Search for Customer History:

The ability to view and search both inbound and outbound messages by number or message content. This is useful for searching for customer history, or for messages containing a particular keyword. The filtered data can be exported to csv for further analysis if required. 

 

Filtering Scheduled Group Messages

We have also introduced the ability to filter Scheduled Group Messages to exclude canceled activity if you wish to declutter your Scheduled Group Message view.
